Each student in the 2025 AP Art & Design class at Brighton High School was tasked with creating their own independent series of work investigating a single theme or concept. From big ideas such as culture and identity, to playful concepts like fictional narratives and non-traditional assemblage, each student’s unique artistic voice is represented within their work. The various 2D media on view include drawing, painting, mixed media, and digital work. This exhibition is part of an annual partnership between UVA and the Brighton High School class.
