Unbound Visual Arts’ Board of Directors initiated a Three-Year Strategic Planning process in 2019.   Specific actions, time frames, and resources are being developed for each of these Strategic Plan Goals:

  • Goal 1: Facilities: Creating/advocating for dedicated, managed exhibition galleries 
  • Goal 1A: Opportunities: Providing selling opportunities and resources for artists and art enthusiasts
  • Goal 1B: Exhibitions: Creating/developing educational exhibitions, art classes and learning programs
  • Goal 2: Sustainability: Ensuring UVA’s long term financial sustainability 
  • Goal 3: Partnerships: Building community partnerships and collaborations & promoting   racial/ethnic & income equity
  • Goal 4: Advocacy: Advocating for the local contemporary visual arts
  • Goal 4A: Studios: Creating/Advocating for Working Art Studios

Unbound Visual Arts (UVA) is a unique 501(c)(3) non-profit art organization. We serve the Greater Boston community with impactful educational programs and exhibits to encourage learning, engagement, and change. UVA’s Arthaus Gallery is located at 43 N.Beacon St;, Allston, MA and UVA’s Overlook Gallery is at 175 Washington St., Brighton, MA.
