UVA’s exhibition, Peace in HER Time had its opening program and reception on March 30, 2019. Over 125 guests were present and they were treated to live music throughout the afternoon by Mae Siu-Wai Stroshane and Maria Termini. There was also a well received panel discussion led by Guest Curator Susan Janowsky and artists Mary Gillis, Peg Ehrlinger, and Nancer Ballard that touched on many topics related to their art as well as the exhibit’s theme of peace and non-violence.
