Caitlin is a researcher and writer with a longstanding interest in art, design, and sustainability. She recently joined ICF Next as a user experience researcher after doing curriculum development at Harvard Business School for several years. She is particularly interested in the links between environmental and social neglect. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Williams College in History and Art History and her Master of City Planning (MCP) from University of Pennsylvania, School of Design.
