Sarah Smigliani, a member of Unbound Visual Arts, is a painter and psychiatric nurse living in Norwood, MA with her husband, Sean and dog, Harry. Sarah is a graduate of Curry College and is pursuing her master’s degree from Regis College.
Artist Statement
“While my body of work can be seen as a compendium of disparate techniques and media my creations are always the product of immediate experience. Whether informed by an ache, a joy, or a compulsion my daily challenge is to maintain only a loose grasp on the agenda of line and color and to appreciate all outcomes however awkward or unexpected.” – Sarah Smigliani
