All of the requirements for these non-UVA calls for art are set and managed by other organizations. Therefore, please follow the requirements set by these individual organizations. January 20, 2017 (deadline) - Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks artists to collaborate between the MFA and ten after-school community organizations in the Boston area. The artist and the children create a collaborative work of art inspired by the Museum’s encyclopedic collection. The completed project is exhibited in the Edward H. Linde Gallery in the Linde Family Wing for Contemporary Art at the MFA. More here.

October 20, 2016 - 5-7 pm "Get Paid, Part II: Grant Opportunities for Artists" - Harvard Ed Portal, representatives from the Mayor's Office of Arts & Culture will discuss the Boston Cultural Council's Opportunity Fund and staff from the Boston Foundation will provide information about two grant opportunities: Next Steps for Boston Dance, which funds new work by area choreographers, and Live Arts Boston, which offers project-specific support for area artists and small nonprofits that are creating, producing, or presenting new work in the performing arts.
