While on vacation in Rockport one summer, Angelo fell in love with painting oils on canvas.  His favorite motifs and subjects, in the realism tradition with some impressionism, include landscapes, historic dwellings, and contemporary street scenes. He exhibits his artworks in many group shows in the greater Boston area and he strives to create artistic expressions of what is present in our daily lives and is all around us.
